Refund policy

“Sox and Me” complies with the NSW Department of Fair Trading when applying refunds or replacements. For further information regarding your consumer rights, please visit the Department of Fair Trading NSW Government website at www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au

If your order has been received and products are either faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving at soxandmeonline@gmail.com so that we may be able to assist you.

Please send a photo of the damaged or faulty product when contacting us. 

Please note that items will need to be returned to “Sox and Me” in secure packaging (same protection as when they arrived). 

Once received and inspected, your item will either be refunded or replaced. If you opt for a replacement, we will replace your item with an item of equal or similar value.

Please note, if you decide to cancel your order BEFORE being shipped a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
